Refund policy

Returns — You have 30 days from delivery. Unused and in the original packaging: we refund you, you cover return shipping. Damaged or missing parts: we replace them free — email a photo to hello@tiipikids.com. We can't take back used items. To start a return, email hello@tiipikids.com with your order number.
