Returns Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@tiipikids.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, items not in original packaging, and items purchased as final sale or during clearance events.
